Site Engineer

Role Description:

We're looking for a Site Engineer for our operations in company project. This is a full-time, on-site role, where the engineer will be responsible for overseeing the construction projects, ensuring that the work complies with specifications and contractual agreements. The engineer will also manage the work of subcontractors, resolve any issues that arise, and monitor progress throughout the project.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the same field

Excellent knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and procedures

Experience in managing construction projects from conception to completion

Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage and lead a team, including subcontractors

Familiarity with relevant software, such as AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suites

Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Arabic

Good time-management skills, ability to work well under pressure and in a dynamic work environment
