Scope of work
The Resource Simulation Engineer will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Building Simulation Models: Develop comprehensive simulation models from scratch, tailored to our specific project needs. This includes conceptualizing, designing, implementing, and validating the models.
- Reviewing Existing Models: Analyze and review simulation models that have already been built, providing insights and recommendations for improvements or modifications.
- Knowledge Sharing Sessions: Conduct educational sessions for our team on simulation model development. These sessions should cover best practices, innovative approaches, and efficient methodologies in simulation modeling. The aim is to enhance our team's capabilities in simulation model building and analysis.
Qualification:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building simulation models, specifically with proficiency in AnyLogic software.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing complex simulation models from scratch.
- Experience in reviewing and optimizing pre-existing simulation models.
- Ability to conduct knowledge-sharing sessions on simulation model development, encompassing best practices, methodologies, and advanced techniques.
