Key Responsibilities:
1. Development and Customization:
• Configure and customize Siebel CRM applications using Siebel Tools.
• Develop scripts, workflows, and business components to meet business needs.
• Implement Siebel Open Ul customizations.

2. Integration and Data Management:
• Integrate Siebel with external systems using EAl, Web Services, and APls.
• Manage Siebel data, including data imports, exports, and cleansing processes.

3. Performance and Troubleshooting:
• Perform unit testing and debugging of Siebel CRM application solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Optimize Siebel application performance and scalability.

4. Collaboration and Documentation:
• Create technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations.

Technical Skills:
• Strong expertise in Oracle Siebel CRM development, configuration, and customization.
• Proficiency in Siebel Tools, Siebel Workflow, EAl, EIM, and Scripting (eScript, VBScript).
• Experience with Siebel Open Ul framework and web technologies (HTML, CSS,
JavaScript).
• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server) and writing SQL queries.
• Experience with Siebel integrations using REST, SOAP, and Middleware tools.
• Experience in Siebel IP 18 and above versions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
