Showroom Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the showroom to ensure it meets company standards.
• Manage and motivate showroom staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
• Engage with customers, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our products and solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the showroom's appeal and increase sales.
• Ensure the showroom is visually appealing, with all products displayed effectively.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain stock.
• Manage customer feedback and continuously work to improve the customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote showroom events and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a showroom manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of technology solutions, particularly in security systems (CCTV, access control, public address, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions.
