We are seeking a highly skilled **Shamel Specialist** to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Shamel systems and processes, along with local experience and a deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian region.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Implement and manage Shamel-related processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Provide support for employee services and benefits as per the Shamel system.
• Ensure data accuracy and proper record-keeping in alignment with Shamel requirements.
• Handle employee inquiries and issues related to Shamel efficiently and effectively.
   

Qualifications
 

• Proven experience working with **Shamel systems**.
• Strong understanding of **Saudi labor laws** and regulations.
• Previous experience in the **Saudi Arabian region** is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders.
   

Preferred Qualifications
 

• Experience in HR systems and process optimization.
• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
