Servicenow Itsm Architect

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow ITSM Architect located in Riyadh. As a Servicenow ITSM Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions using the Servicenow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and provide technical expertise and guidance. Additionally, you will lead and mentor junior team members, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Servicenow ITSM Architect or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of Servicenow platform and modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM)
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
• Experience in designing and implementing Servicenow solutions, including customizations, integrations, and workflows
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant certifications in Servicenow, ITIL, or related fields
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
