Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
 

• Managing maintenance works for elevators and escalators in Riyadh Metro Project.
• Prepare advance weekly maintenance schedule to client to obtain work order number and permit to work.
• Ensuring mechanics are equipped with necessary lubrication, cleaning materials and equipment for a week tasking.
• Ensuring all callback are recorded and determine the frequency of failure.
• Ensure to maintain Project Key Performance Indicator (KPI's) is well within the limit to eliminate monthly invoice deduction.
• Performing safety/quality audit to all responsible job sites.
• Conduct in deep investigation, document and provide reports on all site obstructions to records any progress delays.
• Attend Monthly Meeting with customer at Depot for progress review and invoice submission.
• Raising product quality issues to Project Manager for further claiming process. Conduct Safety Audit. Submit quotation to client for replacement of damage components.
