Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
 

• Managing new installation elevator/escalator units.
• Ensuring subcontractors and OTIS mechanics being safe at workplace
• Project Cost control – Finished installation with good quality and cost not overrun
• Performing safety/quality audit to all responsible job sites
• Weekly Meeting with customer/main contractor at job sites for progress/obstacle reports
• Raising product quality issues to a Construction manager for further claiming process
• Training customer for lift safety usage/basic maintenance prior hand over
• Worked with site-coordinator for Site Preparation process. Ensuring working area was ready and material storage request location to customer.
• Propose variation order to customer such as water damage to equipment situation
