Job Accountabilities & Activities
Operational Maintenance:
- Install, maintain, and repair to optimum level, ABM products placed at customer locations within assigned territory.
- Always comply with communication directives from work controller and quickly informs his immediate supervisor of any customer problems or urgent needs which are outside scope of competency.
- Perform regular and scheduled preventive & corrective maintenance.
- Punctuality, Discipline and total compliance of company rules, policies, and procedures.
Customer care:
- Clearly communicate with customers with regards to job work.
- Demonstrate the correct procedure to reach ABM service and related work area, Good training (do’s & don’ts).
- actively promote ABM products, services & positive attitude.
- Assist in customer education to send meter readings, corrects SR NO, etc.
Team Dynamics:
- Team performance, targets & goals to be achieve through fair team spirit. In addition, have the responsibility to assist, guide & coach Junior engineers while in problems.
- Generate sales leads.
- Generate contract sales leads.
Education & Certifications
Bachelors Degree Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical).
Possesses Driving License in KSA.
