Senior Tender Engineer - Mechanical for one of our esteemed clients in Saudi Arabia.

Job Specifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 8+ years in tendering, cost estimation, value engineering, and standards compliance.
Saudi Market Knowledge: Experience with major clients/projects (PIF-funded: SIO, Aramco, Red Sea, Ma’aden, SWCC).
Expertise: Infrastructure projects, wet utilities (water, sewage, stormwater).
Skills: Tender document preparation, technical/commercial acumen, proficiency in tendering software & MS Office, strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
