Senior Technical Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned key accounts.

Understand the unique needs and objectives of each client and tailor solutions accordingly.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.

2. Account Growth and Sales:

Develop and execute account strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business development opportunities.

3. Strategic Planning:

Work closely with the Sales Director to develop and implement strategic account plans.

Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Provide input on pricing strategies and product positioning based on client feedback and market insights.

4. Contract Negotiation:

Lead contract negotiations and renewal discussions with clients.

Ensure all contracts and agreements align with company policies and legal requirements.

Collaborate with the legal team as needed for contract reviews.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and revenue projections.

Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Present findings and recommendations to the Sales Director and senior leadership.

6. Customer Advocacy:

Advocate for client needs and requirements internally, ensuring client satisfaction.

Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in [relevant field].

Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in a senior role.

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or a related field
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with managing and growing key accounts
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required
  • Experience in the IT industryf
