Responsibilities:
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will:
- Develop custom solutions and integrations for Employee Center and Customer Center based on business requirements using ServiceNow platform
- Modify and optimize existing modules.
- Collaborate with BA and QA teams to ensure correct implementation.
- Document development processes and customizations.
- Develop and optimize workflows to automate business processes.
- Write, test, and deploy code ensuring high-quality standards.
- Customize applications to accommodate unique business processes beyond out-of-the-box capabilities.
- Work closely with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Address and resolve defects identified during testing.
- Ensure best coding practices are followed.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Proficient in JavaScript and related web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS), plus ServiceNow
- Experience with integrations using APIs (REST, SOAP).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and principles is advantageous.
- Prior development experience in Employee and Customer center platforms.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and scripting tools.
- Understanding of platform integration methodologies.
- Strong coding and debugging skills.
- ServiceNow Developer Certification is a plus.
