Senior Sales Specialist

 

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Specialist with a strong background in the skincare industry to join our team. This role involves driving sales of our skincare products to dermatology clinics, beauty shops and SPAs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, exceptional sales skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and target potential clients including dermatology clinics and beauty shops.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

 

- Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

 

- Market Analysis and Reporting:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market conditions.

- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.

 

- Product Knowledge and Training:

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our skincare products and their benefits.

- Train and educate clients on product usage and benefits.

- Stay updated on new product launches and industry advancements.

 

Qualifications:

- Experience:

- Minimum of [3-5] years of sales experience in the skincare or beauty industry.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Experience selling to dermatology clinics and beauty shops is highly desirable.
