Description:
Roles & Responsibilities.
1. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies aligned with regional market trends and company objectives.
2. Prospect and qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and effectively present logistics solutions.
3. Negotiate and close deals, securing profitable contracts with new and existing clients.
4. Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
5. Contribute to sales forecasting and pipeline management, maintaining accuracy and alignment with targets.
6. Analyze sales performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
7. Stay informed of industry developments, competitor activity, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications.
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in sales within the logistics industry, preferably in the Middle East.
3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
4. Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern logistics landscape and customer needs.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
7. Fluency in English and Arabic.
8. Additional Skills and Experience:
9. Experience in managing a portfolio of clients within a matrix organizational structure is a plus.
10. Knowledge of relevant local business culture and etiquette is preferred.
11. Experience with logistics industry-specific software is beneficial.
