Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients and major organizations.
- Leverage the existing customer base to expand sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and provide integrated technical solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Technical System Expertise:
- Offer consultancy and specialized solutions in communication systems, sales technology, and low-current systems.
- Design and deliver technical and financial proposals aligned with customer requirements.
- Provide technical support during and after the sales process.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting the Saudi market.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor government tenders and procurement opportunities, ensuring competitive proposals are submitted.
- Internal and External Coordination:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions align with client needs.
- Submit regular performance and market trend reports to management.
- Attend client meetings and participate in events and exhibitions to enhance market presence.
- Monitoring the Saudi Market:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of regulations and laws governing the Saudi market, particularly government procurement.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in communication and low-current systems.
- Monitor competitors and analyze the market to identify opportunities and challenges.
Job Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (prefer in Engineering Communications, Electronics, Electrical), or a related field).
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales engineering within the Saudi market.
- Proven track record in dealing with government clients and major organizations.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of communication systems, low-current systems, and sales technology.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare technical presentations and reports.
- Experience in handling government tenders and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and engineering software like AutoCAD.
