Job Description:

  • Focus on Top Corporate Clients: Identify and target top corporate clients in the industry segment.
  • Expand Sales within Existing Accounts: Develop strategies to increase sales within existing client accounts.
  • Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the Pre-sales Team: Work closely with the pre-sales team to develop effective strategies and proposals for clients.
  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Keep Strong Pipeline: Maintain a strong sales pipeline by continuously prospecting and qualifying leads.
  • Ensure Timely Payment Collection: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
  • Implement Retention Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and maximize their lifetime value to the company.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
