We are looking for an Senior Project Manager!

 

Mission: Create clear governance structures, roles and responsibilities in line with best practices and geared towards the efficient execution of the IT strategy.

 

Requirements:

  • IT Governance: In-depth knowledge of defining roles, responsibilities and decision flows.
  • Job Definition: Experience in creating detailed job descriptions, KPIs and performance evaluation frameworks.
  • Organizational Modeling: Use of organizational design methodologies (e.g. RACI, 7S Framework).
  • Compliance and Regulation: Familiarity with relevant standards (GDPR?, ISO 27001).
  • Documentation Skills: Ability to create structured, clear and reusable documentation.
  • Behavioral Skills:
  • Attention to Detail: Rigor in creating governance documents and job descriptions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and different hierarchies.
  • Adaptability: Working effectively in rapidly changing environments.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify governance gaps and propose practical solutions.
  • Core Soft Skills: Attention to detail, teamwork and practical problem solving.Fluent in english.
