Key responsibilities, not limited to Contribution to Business/Missions & Objectives ? Achieve customer satisfaction by ensuring conformance to Quality Policy; ? Meet project profitability objectives; ? Regular Business Review /analysis of project and reporting to Management; ? Contribute in development & implementation of a strategy to enhance project management efficiency and organizational growth. Operational Responsibility ? Lead, plan, organize, manage and control the following
project schedules, budgets and quality objectives;
timely realization of complex projects to meet delivery deadline;
day-to-day Project Management (PM) activities and operations;day-to-day Technical Service (TS) activities for after sales customer services, warranty repairs;
customer training;
review of engineering and financial deliverables and regular progress reporting; ? Comply and participate in organization of project relevant processes within the company; ? Input in tender preparation / submission of tender / bid documents; ? Input in technical design review; ? Input in contract negotiations with customers; ? Integration and management of local subcontractors into running programs; ? Managing risks to successfully deliver software and hardware projects; ? Presentations and communication with customers (queries, feedbacks, follow-ups, project review and status meetings, technical presentations and clarifications customer observations etc); ? Coordination with internal departments, customers, and concerned authorities; ? Final project system design in coordination with the Engineering Manager;
