Description:
Presales and Solutioning :
• Independently manage presales opportunities and provide
timely technical and financial solutions to meet Client
business requirements in AI and IoT.
• Understand customer requirements and develop customized
solutions aligned with Client capabilities.
• Develop technical write-ups, presentations, and proposals
that articulate the value of proposed solutions.
Client Interaction and Engagement :
• Engage with clients, gather business requirements, and
provide expert guidance on solutioning AI and IoT projects.
• Conduct client visits and effectively communicate Client
capabilities, ensuring a thorough understanding of client needs
and offering appropriate solutions.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate
smooth project execution.
Technical Advisory and Support :
• Provide expert advice on AI and IoT integrations, ensuring that
solutions meet customer expectations and technical
requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to align customer
needs with the proposed solutions.
• Prepare detailed design documents outlining technical
solutions and ensure they meet Client quality standards.
Proposal Development and RFP Response :
• Collaborate with account management and sales teams to
develop comprehensive proposals that align with Client
objectives.
Client Senior Presale Consultant Technical
• Respond to RFPs by developing technically sound and
competitive responses.
• Ensure the accuracy and thoroughness of all presales
documentation and RFP responses, addressing all integration
and service requirements.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management :
• Build and maintain relationships with select vendors to ensure Client competitive edge.
• Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and
Marketing teams to gather inputs and develop robust solutions.
• Provide support in identifying, evaluating, and recommending
relevant technology vendors as required.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to transfer expertise
Continuous Improvement and best practices to Client internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in presales
processes, solutioning, and documentation.
• Adhere to all relevant policies, processes, and standard
operating procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
