Senior Mobile Crushers Supervisor

Description:

The Senior Mobile Crushers Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of mobile crushing units. This role ensures efficient and safe production of aggregates, while maintaining equipment and adhering to all safety regulations. The supervisor will lead a team of operators and maintenance personnel, driving productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
·        Supervise and manage the operation of mobile crushing equipment, including jaw crushers, cone crushers, and screeners.
·        Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
·        Monitor production output and quality, making adjustments as needed to meet targets.
·        Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring equipment is in optimal working condition.
·        Lead and motivate a team of operators and maintenance personnel.
·        Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas.
·        Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
·        Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and safety data.
·        Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
·        Conduct pre-start meetings, and ensure all team members are aware of the days tasks, and any safety concerns.

Qualifications and Experience:
·        Experience Required : 12-15 years ( in same industry )
·        Qualification : Diploma ,related degree or any Certification.
·        Proven experience in a supervisory role within a mobile crushing environment.
·        Strong knowledge of mobile crushing equipment and processes.
·        Excellent understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
·        Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
·        Strong leadership and communication skills.
·        Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
·        Valid driver's license.
·        Knowledge of aggregate materials, and production.
