JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Set a strategic vision for assigned projects and brands to serve the long- term and short- term communication objectives for clients

Lead strategic tactical implementation for client strategies.

Develop and present effective proposal for clients, collaboration and projects.

Lead on strategies by conducting research and identifying strategic angles for each client and project whether ongoing or project based.

Develop full-fledged integrated marketing communication plans based on clients’ objectives and esteeming from in depth research

Responsible for growing accounts by coming up with initiatives and identifying areas of growth, enabling the company to cross sell products and services.

Be sufficiently informed and personally involved, ensuring sound planning, good service and a solid client relation.

Ensure the smooth daily running of the client communications and operations

Lead on retail clients from the briefing, strategies as well as execution and implantation.

Keep management informed of the status of all clients’ problems, plans and meetings, as well as involving management at key times.

Ensure the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to assure earnings, growth, and profit goals are achieved.

Attend clients meeting that requires strategic planning, major briefs or major problem solving.

Provide client consultation by conducting thorough research and market analysis for each client.

Anticipate problems before they happen and be prepared with a solution.

Manage marketing/retail projects from A-Z:

- Set strategy for each project.

- Set strategic communication plan.

- Lead on the execution team.

- Ensure execution of the project as planned

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within set budget.

- Communicate clear objective and timeline deliverables to internal teams and follow up on them
