Key Accountabilities & Activities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the Logistics Strategy and implementation plan – with the inclusion of various stakeholders.
- Develop and implement – Equipment inspection programs and vender management.
- Procurement and (sub) contracting strategies and implementation / Audit programs.
- Develop business processes and Operational logistics SOPs with the integration into the Trojena Asset and user Operational requirements.
- Support, plan and management of Trojena Assets in pre operations for mobility and other scheduling requirements.
- Develop KSA, Local and international supply chain logistics and provide solutions in support of Trojena objectives and customer/user requirements.
- Adhere to Project schedules.
- Coordinate business planning processes and manage associated support deliverables.
- Coordinate scheduling and sequencing in developing risk analysis for Trojena operational logistics.
- Engage with and manage approved third-party partners during the appropriate phases of the projects.
- Manage the execution and delivery of projects for solution enablement.
- Define required operational capabilities to support the production environment of solutions defined.
- Manage communication with project team members, TROJENA, management, and stakeholders.
- Resource planning as required and business case processes.
- Support the design and development of state-of-the-art solutions in accordance with NEOM vision, standards, process, and policies.
- Managing the development schedule ensuring all colleagues are on briefed on time.
- Highlight critical path, potential risks and act proactively to resolve issues to achieve the digital strategy.
Background, Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 10+ years’ post graduate experience in logistics and Mobility planning Profession.
- Experience in working in remote locations and building supply chain & logistics networks.
- Middle East experience will be highly valued.
Qualifications
- Degree qualifications in relevant profession.
- Member of Professional bodies.
