• Assist government entities in incorporating local content requirements into their RFPs and contracts.
• Aid in reviewing proposals submitted by bidders to ensure compliance with local content standards.
• Collect data on the volume of suppliers meeting local content requirements and those public procuring entities applying these requirements.
• Gather information related to compliance with mandatory lists, complaints received, and their statuses.
• Ensure that suppliers and public procuring entities are informed about local content requirements and address any inquiries they may have.
• Review draft Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and tender documents to ensure adherence to local content requirements.
• Develop compliance reports that cover all necessary information at regular intervals.
• Collaborate with state-owned companies and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) projects to ensure fulfillment of local content requirements.
• Initiate blacklisting requests for non-compliant suppliers as per regulations.
• Analyze collected data to develop actionable steps for process improvement.
• Engage in activities related to setting minimum local content thresholds for various project types, involving relevant stakeholders.
