Senior Laundry Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily operations within the laundry facility.

Ensure efficient handling and processing of all laundry items.

Oversee the use and maintenance of laundry equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.

Monitor and manage inventory of detergents and other cleaning agents.

Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Train and support staff in operating procedures and best practices.

Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Supervisor in the laundry industry.

In-depth knowledge of various laundry equipment and their maintenance.

Familiarity with different types of detergents and their properties.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
