Senior Integration Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Become proficient in the integration platform and our proprietary framework for implementing solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced, global team environment, collaborating with project teams to solve complex customer problems.
• Manage tasks for multiple projects, demonstrating the ability to switch between complex problems and projects seamlessly.
• Proactively own your backlog of work, communicate task statuses, and escalate issues as needed to ensure project success.
• Work independently with minimal guidance, while also being comfortable seeking clarification from the team and customers.
• Engage with customers across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a bias toward action, communication, and collaboration.
• Work with project management to capture and define customer needs, requirements, and scope for delivery projects.
• Resolve issues identified through testing scenarios with customer projects and respond to production support tickets in collaboration with the customer support team.
• Collaborate with internal product management and development teams on platform improvement opportunities and new product ideas.

Skills:

• 2+ years of previous integration engineering experience.
• Familiarity with parsing and manipulating data formats like JSON and XML.
• Experience with transmission methods like sFTP, HTTPS, AS2, APIs, etc.
• Experience working with development productivity tools like JIRA, Trello, and Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in web application development and troubleshooting issues involving HTML, CSS, JS, and APIs is preferred.
• Industry Experience: Procurement industry experience (Ariba, Coupa, Netsuite, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with the G Suite is a plus.
