Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and Managing various aspects of HR Operations including
employee documentation, on-boarding and off-boarding. Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR practices to ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards.
Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and labor law.
• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, health insurance, and retirement plans environment.
