Will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices
Source, screen, filter and interview candidates (Mass hiring/White Collars/ Blue Collars)
Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations
Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessary
Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including biweekly and semimonthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Management/ HR
Applicant should be accommodated in KSA and has the nationality
4-6 years of experience in HR
Working in a Recruitment Agency/ HR Consultancy is a plus
Excellent English & Arabic verbal & written skills.
