Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Functional Analyst - SAP HCM at Rezayat Group in Al Khobar. The Senior Functional Analyst will be responsible for performing functional analysis, documenting functional requirements, conducting business analysis, and analyzing business processes in the SAP HCM module. The role will involve engaging with stakeholders, identifying gaps, defining solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of SAP HCM functionality.

Qualifications

• Functional Analysis, Functional Requirements, and Business Analysis skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data
• Knowledge of business processes, particularly in the field of HR and SAP HCM
• Experience working with SAP KSA payroll is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the trading, construction, or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
