Job responsibilities:

  • Deliver and implement Dynamics 365 F&O (AX) financial modules.
  • Work directly with the internal team to implement D365 F&O Finance and accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets and Tax, and costing and budgeting Planning modules or any other Finance modules required.
  • Deliver all consultancy / high-quality business & configuration services, ensuring that all software applications are implemented successfully according to the project plan & scope.
  • Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary.
  • Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally.
  • Advise users on industries’ best practices proactively rather than passively.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.
  • Work collaboratively with other functional & technical project team members to ensure successful & timely implementation.
  • Actively drive requirements, analysis, design & documentation & testing phases of implementation for Finance Modules.
  • Stay current on D365 F&O functional capabilities to implement features/functions.
  • Utilize Lifecycle Services (LCS), DevOps, & standard tools to deliver project work
  • Assisting users with the development of business process scenarios
  • Leading and documenting design sessions with users to ensure business process requirements were met and configured within the system.
  • Reviewing accounting and financial processes and recommending solutions, best practices, and approaches within D365 F&O
  • Recommending solutions using third-party applications
  • Leading financial configuration, testing, training, and deployment of the system
  • Managing and guiding project team members within the area of responsibility
  • Maintaining expertise with D365 F&O finance functionality, release schedules, and ISV solutions
  • Building user relationships to become a trusted advisor.
  • Understanding and utilizing Microsoft toolsets such as Lifecycle Services, BPM/RSAT, and DevOps during projects
  • 7 to 10 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, at least 4 Years in D365 Finance and Operations /
  • Power BI Experience to analyze requirements & build required reports/dashboards from Azure datalake.
  • Strong Finance experience (must have)
  • Experienced in preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders (must have)
  • Work closely with software developers & project managers to translate business requirements into successful technical deliveries.
  • Translate functional business requirements into a D365 application configuration design.
  • Configure and test D365 module configurations to ensure that delivered solutions fully satisfy users' functional requirements.
  • Identify business process roles within those processes and develop workflow diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
  • Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate, as necessary.
  • Test and ensure the stability of solutions.
  • Provide clear and articulate documentation for all phases of the D365 implementation lifecycle.
  • Train users on the use of D365 and any add-on software implemented.
  • Guide and support users with User Acceptance testing solutions
  • Provide analysis and follow-up of Applications Support Service Desk items to ensure problems are resolved and bottlenecks reported to company management,
  • Support and manage all our applications projects/support/enhancements.

Experience Requirements:

  • Areas of experience desired, including, D365 F&O Finance and accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets and Tax, and costing and budgeting Planning modules
  • Prior experience working as D365-ERP Consultant.
  • University degree in Finance and Accounting, Business and Finance Management, or a comparable relevant education
  • A financial & accounting background.
  • Experience with at least three end-to-end ERP implementations.
  • Experience as a (lead) senior consultant.
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
  • Arabic speaker and very good in English. “both spoken and written”
