Senior Electronic Design Engineer

Position Overview:

• Provide technical support of circuit breaker, power quality, ATS, electric vehicle charging and new energy related product/system for local customers and R&D headquarter.
• Investigate and understand circuit breaker, power quality, ATS, electric vehicle charging and new energy related application
• Collect and analyze technical requirements from customers in different segments.
• Define best technical solution and align with customers
• Works collaboratively with other department to drive all R&D Project delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement analysis, system integration, troubleshooting, installation and debugging of CB, SVG, APF, DVR, ATS, electric vehicle charging and new energy related device.
• Providing technical support for on-site issues analysis.
• Collaborate with team and 3rd-party partners to fulfill project implementation, supervise project progress, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Responsible for new product localization where needed.
• Investigate circuit breaker, power quality, ATS, electric vehicle charging and new energy related standards especially local standards, join working group/TC to take the lead of business direction.
• New technology investigation and research, introduce innovative concepts into the next-generation platform.
• Regularly feedback to headquarter on field issues analysis, opportunity, information collected and so on.

Qualifications:

• Major in electronics, automation and related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in electronics product development.
• Proficient in English speaking, listening, writing and reading
• Passionate about technologies, possessing strong adaptability, execution ability, and teamwork ability.
• Familiar with relevant standards and testing methods of SVG, APF, DVR, ATS, electric vehicle charging and new energy related device.
• Understand the key parameters of IGBT/SiC/MCU/OPA and other key devices.
• Proficient in the topology and control methods of power electronic circuits, with professional knowledge in circuit design such as signal conditioning, EMC design, switching power supply, and power drive.
• Familiar with CAN/RS485 bus communication and debugging methods
• Good experience in on-site delivery and debugging.
• Experience of cascaded frequency converter and variable frequency power supplier development is a plus
• Experience of embedded system development (HW/FW) is a plus
• Experience of SVG/APF/DVR/ATS/electric vehicle charging device development is a plus.
• Experience of low-voltage products development is a plus
