Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and Manage Boldon James Products:

Configure and deploy Boldon James data classification tools across the organization.

Customize templates and policies to align with organizational data classification needs.

Data Classification Strategy:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive data classification framework to identify, label, and secure sensitive data.

Ensure consistent application of classification tags across data repositories and communication channels.

Policy Development and Enforcement:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define data classification and protection policies.

Monitor compliance with data classification policies and recommend improvements as necessary.

Integration and Collaboration:

Integrate Boldon James solutions with other data protection and governance tools, such as DLP, encryption, and SIEM systems.

Work with IT, security, and compliance teams to align classification solutions with broader security strategies.

Monitoring and Reporting:

Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of data classification efforts.

Generate detailed reports for stakeholders and regulatory compliance audits.

Incident Response:

Assist in investigating and remediating data incidents related to misclassification or unauthorized access.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in data classification and protection, with a strong focus on Boldon James products.

Familiarity with data governance tools and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NCA, etc.).

Experience in implementing DLP, encryption, and access control solutions is a plus.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of data classification standards, methodologies, and best practices.

Expertise in configuring and maintaining Boldon James solutions.

Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, UNIX) and network security architecture.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and lead data security initiatives.

Certifications (preferred):
