Description:
We are actively seeking a Senior Consultant Manager who is a Saudi with a robust background in consulting or a related sector. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of senior management experience and a proven track record of strategic oversight and project execution. This role is pivotal in steering the company through periods of growth and challenge, ensuring both high performance and sustainable development.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategic planning and execution process, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, detailing scope, timelines, and required resources. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, managing both risks and budgets effectively.
- Assign tasks and manage resources judiciously to meet project objectives, including overseeing consultants and other project staff.
- Maintain clear and continuous communication with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, providing regular updates and strategic solutions.
- Participate in solution selling activities, ensuring that offerings align with both market trends and sales objectives. Support business development by integrating innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.
- Facilitate risk mitigation strategies and engage in financial modeling to safeguard client and company interests. Manage budgets and financial plans to optimize business outcomes.
- Work across various teams to ensure cohesive solution development and implementation, meeting long-term business and client needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications, such as PMP are highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a consulting environment, with hands-on experience in project management and stakeholder relations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
