Senior Business Development Executive

About the Role:
MediFix is looking for a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will focus on driving the growth of our Hospital Projects and Maintenance Contracts. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage business development for hospital projects and maintenance contracts
- Develop and implement strategies to identify new opportunities in hospital infrastructure and maintenance services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, contractors, and key stakeholders
- Negotiate and finalize contracts for hospital projects and maintenance services
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and contracts
- Monitor market trends and competition to create effective business strategies
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development progress

Qualifications:-
- Engineering Graduate (preferably Biomedical)
- MBA is a plus
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in business development, specifically in hospital projects and maintenance contracts in Jeddah or Riyadh
