Description:
Responsibilities:
- Improve the company's Salesforce CRM system to maintain an accurate list of leads, clients and projects/cases.
- Manage and negotiate key vendor relationships including financial transaction processing, product marketing, advertising and collateral fulfillment to maximize ROI.
- Track the entire sales cycle in SalesForce and assemble the back office resources to ensure the proper client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain an accurate list of prospects and clients in a proprietary client relationship management system (CRM).
- Identify organizations for company to become vendor-list and receive RFP notices.
- Develop case-studies and RFP responses and investigate potential business partners/affiliations to expand operations.
- Utilize visualization techniques, forecasting, modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics to design and maintain internal business solutions.
- Assist in establishing social media presence for the company (specifically LinkedIn).
- Work as business executive to attract new clients from social networks such as LinkedIn, for e-publishing.
- Leverage market knowledge and expertise to facilitate customers maximizing their return on investment for oil and gas exploration and production
