Senior Architectural Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to develop creative architectural concepts and designs.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and models using Revit, AutoCAD, and 3ds Max.
• Create 3D visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Ensure designs comply with codes, regulations, and client specifications.
• Conduct site visits to gather relevant information and assess project feasibility.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3ds Max is essential.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques.
• Excellent design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus.
