Dokkan Media is a leading agency in KSA and Jordan that specializes in generating ideas, content, animation, videos, television programs, and documentary and cinematic films in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focusing on the broader GCC region.

Dokkan Media takes pride in its partnerships with major national government institutions and private entities in the Kingdom. Dokkan's works are showcased on global screens and platforms such as Netflix, Shahid, MBC Group, and various Saudi TV channels.

The Senior Account Executive has a central role in building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction and meeting strategic goals. This position requires collaboration with internal teams, a deep understanding of client objectives, and the ability to translate them into effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and foster enduring relationships with clients as the main point of contact.

- Lead the development and execution of advertising campaigns to achieve client goals and objectives.

- Act as the primary contact for client communications, providing reports and updates on both sides.

- Offer optimization recommendations based on campaign performance analysis.

- Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

- Work closely with clients to devise advertising strategies aligned with their business goals.

- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by aggressively pursuing new business opportunities.

- Track critical growth and sales metrics, such as quarterly results and annual forecasts.

- Strategically map out target accounts and territories to prioritize outreach efforts and optimize sales efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Account Executive in a marketing or advertising agency (GCC Market).

- Fluent in English and Arabic languages.

- Strong project management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.

- Proficiency in marketing tools and software.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
