Secure repeat business, referrals, and references by comprehending and addressing customer needs.
Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets on a regular basis.
Stay well-informed about competitors to effectively communicate Tenderd's unique value proposition.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and deliver regular reports on sales activities.
Effectively manage leads, opportunities, and account data within Zoho CRM.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new Account Executives, sharing insights into Tenderd's platform positioning.
Take ownership of pre-sales technical support for prospects and partners, guiding them from initial contact to product evaluation and closing the deal.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads, prospect qualification, and responsive customer engagement.
Qualifications:
4+ years of proven success in software sales, with a strong preference for B2B sales experience.
Proficiency in consultative, solution-based sales methodology.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
A track record of achievements in inside or outside sales.
Adaptability and resilience to excel in a fast-paced sales environment.
