We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in security operations and team leadership within the security industry.

Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel.
* Ensure the safety and security of the premises and personnel.
* Enforce security policies and procedures.
* Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to incidents.
* Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Security Supervisor in a security company.
* Fluency in Arabic.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Resident with transferable iqama.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a related field (e.g., military, law enforcement).
* Certification in security management or a related field.
