Role Description

  • Board Meeting Management: Organize board meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all documentation is available. Accurately record minutes and ensure timely distribution to board members.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for board members and assist with communication and coordination between the board and other departments.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Assist in preparing reports for the board and management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate records of board meetings, resolutions, and other corporate documentation. Ensure data is stored and managed securely.

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in board or executive-level support.
  • Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a preference for experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
