Description:
We at AL Rawaf Company are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. If you are an organized individual with proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and dashboards, we would love to hear from you.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience as a secretary or in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
Experience with dashboards and data management.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.
