  • Manage and organize company secretarial work with professionalism.
  • Uphold outstanding customer service, acting as a point of contact.
  • Facilitate effective communication both within and outside the company.
  • Multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain rigorous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Qualifications

  • Robust clerical skills: typing, filing, data entry.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.
  • Solid background in company secretarial work.
  • Demonstrated experience in executive administrative assistance.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Sharp attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other business software.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or related field is an advantage.
