- Maintain rigorous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Qualifications
- Robust clerical skills: typing, filing, data entry.
- Excellent communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.
- Solid background in company secretarial work.
- Demonstrated experience in executive administrative assistance.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Sharp attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other business software.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role or related field is an advantage.
