We are looking for a skilled SDF Business Configuration Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for troubleshooting configuration issues, integrating new services, and ensuring smooth network operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Hands-on experience with Ericsson Catalogue
✔️ Execute integration and migration tasks
✔️ Prepare and conduct system, module, and acceptance tests
✔️ Perform post-activity execution testing
✔️ Identify and drive technical improvements
✔️ Troubleshoot system problems and escalate as needed
✔️ Ensure network changes follow standards and best practices
✔️ Attend technical meetings and contribute to process improvements
Duties & Activities:
🔹 2nd Level Operation & Restoration
🔹 Trouble Report & Change Request Handling
🔹 Investigate network disturbances & performance issues
🔹 Keep track of change requests & test cases
🔹 24/7 availability for network issues, including night shifts
Technical Skills Required:
💻 Linux OS Administration | 🛢️ SQL & Oracle DB
📜 Unix Shell Scripting | 🌐 Networking & Web Services (REST API, SOAP UI)
🚀 Hands-on experience with JBoss & Load Balancers
☁️ Understanding of VMs, cloud deployments, and network diagrams
