Description:
The Scrum Master is responsible for coaching and coordinating Agile Delivery Squads to deliver solutions as efficiently as possible. The scrum master must support the Product Owner in refining and grooming the Product Backlog to a level which is acceptable for the delivery squad to estimate and deliver.
Must have Retail Banking scrum experience - Minimum 7 years in either of the below products:
• Payment/Remittance projects
• Mobile app
• Credit Cards
• Lending Projects (PL, ML & AL) Personal loan Product, ML = Mortgage Lending, AL = Auto Leasing Product
• Digital Wallets
• CRM systems
• Customer Journey flows
• KYC and Retail risk controls
• Websites
• Loyalty programs
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
• Supporting the Product Owner in refining and grooming the Product Backlog to a level which is acceptable for the delivery squad to estimate and deliver.
• Coordinating and planning all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring the Agile processes are being followed.
• Establishing a strong relationship with stakeholders / product owners to understand strategic, tactical, and operational challenges in Business units.
• Defining technology solutions to address
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
• Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders / product owners to understand strategic, tactical and operational challenges in Business units, define technology solutions to address and arrive solutions.
