Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing, managing, and configuring the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System in a corporate environment
• Demonstrated experience with LMS implementations, configurations, data integrations, reporting and analytics, and troubleshooting
• Project management skills with a proven track record of leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills with an attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines
