Sap Hcm/sf Consultant

Description:

Lead and execute SAP HCM/SF implementation projects 
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and tailor SAP solutions 
Configure and customize SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (SF) modules to meet client needs
Manage end-to-end deployment and support activities in Riyadh 
Provide guidance on best practices for SAP HCM and SF modules 
Conduct user training and ensure smooth transition during and after implementation 
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring system stability
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery and quality control 

Skills & Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with SAP HCM/SF project implementations 
Strong understanding of HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors modules 

Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders 
SAP HCM/SF certifications are a plus 
Experience in onsite deployment and customer interactions
