Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled **SAP HCM Consultant** to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HCM implementation, configuration, and support, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environments.

#### Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Implement and configure SAP HCM modules, including Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and more.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Ensure smooth integration of SAP HCM with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
  • Conduct system upgrades, data migrations, and user training sessions.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, customizations, and user manuals.
     

#### Qualifications:
 

  • **5+ years** of experience working with SAP HCM modules.
  • Expertise in Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration.
  • Proven experience in SAP HCM implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • Knowledge of integration between SAP HCM and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI, SAP CO).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
     

#### Preferred Skills:
 

  • SAP certification in HCM is a plus.
  • Experience with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors and its integration with SAP HCM.
