Job Description:
Are you passionate about sales and have the ability to build strong relationships with clients? At CARE, we are looking for a creative and talented Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for interacting with both current and potential clients, providing innovative sales solutions, and achieving our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with new and existing clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Understand their needs and provide tailored sales presentations.
- Sales Presentations: Present products or services to clients, focusing on competitive advantages and unique features.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through networking, referrals, and research, while maintaining an active database of prospects.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate prices and sales terms, and effectively close deals.
- Order Management: Follow up on orders with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, achieving monthly and annual goals.
- Market Research: Monitor competitor activities, customer needs, and market trends to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the medical field or a background in healthcare.
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and understanding customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and meet goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar software.
- Candidates with exceptional sales performance may apply even if they don’t have a specific academic background.
