OpenwayEDGE is a SaaS-based application tailored for small supermarkets, grocery stores, and restaurants. Our platform enables businesses to enhance their customer ordering experience, minimize missed sales, and streamline communication without the need for advanced inventory systems.
We are looking for a motivated Salesperson to join our team and drive growth by connecting with potential clients in the retail and restaurant sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Outreach:
- Identify and connect with potential customers through cold calls, emails, and on-site visits.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospects in the region and beyond.
- Product Demonstrations:
- Explain the features and benefits of OpenwayEDGE to prospective clients.
- Deliver virtual or in-person demos tailored to client needs.
- Sales Execution:
- Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer Success Coordination:
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure smooth onboarding and a positive customer experience.
- Collect and communicate client feedback to the product team.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, retail, or technology.
- Valid driving license (mandatory) for on-site client visits
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with the retail and restaurant industries in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
