- Strong sales management and sales-related function skills including commitment to Sales Process
- Build long-term relationships and utilize networks to expand influence and thought leadership.

- Excellent rapport and relationship builder
- Identify necessary support resources to successfully support team in closing new business
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities; strong time management skills
- High energy, positive attitude and excellent communication/presentation skills
- Communicate effectively across the organization
- Assist operations team in client retention of new business as directed
- Aligns and drives plans for new products and applications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in direct B2B selling.
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and targets over time
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with CRM database management system
- Ability to represent the organisation at a variety of industry and non-industry events
- Excellent communication skills
- High energy level, strong executive presence and the ability to progress further in the organization
- Team Player who wants to be part of and contribute to the success of a top-calibre sales organization
