1- Supervising the daily communication process with potential customers

2- Supervising the process of submitting presentations, marketing strategies and plans and reviewing them according to customer needs.

3- Supervising the process of submitting quotations to interested customers.

4- Supervising the process of writing and drafting all contracts related to the sales process with customers.

5- Establishing relationships with new customers, listening to their desires and concerns, and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing customers.

6- Organizing and coordinating sales team visit schedules and periodically following up on all results resulting from those visits.

7- Follow up on achieving agreed sales goals and results on time.

8- Conducting cost-benefit analysis and the needs of current/potential customers to meet their needs.

9- Follow up on the sales team periodically through weekly, monthly and quarterly performance evaluation methods and preparing training courses that help raise the efficiency of the work team.

10- Keeping up with best practices and promotional trends and transferring them to the work team.

- Job Requirements

1- Obtaining a higher qualification.
2- At least 7 years of experience as a sales supervisor in the same field of work.
3- Proficiency in Arabic/English.
4- Full proficiency in using computer software applications (Excel-word-PowerPoint)
5- Proficiency in comprehensive computer software ERP.
6- Ability to evaluate the work of others.
7- Ability to manage the sales team.
8- Customer service skills, selling, forecasting.
9- Time management, organization and setting priorities.
